Pre-order
In order to use the pre-order feature, the buyer must initially fund their account with at least $30. This is to protect sellers from spam.
When the balance is sufficient, the buyer can place a pre-order by specifying the country in which he wants to receive the product and writing a message to the seller.
After that, negotiate with the seller in chat all the essential terms of the transaction. Then the seller will issue an invoice, which will contain the total cost of the service and the delivery time of the goods. The seller cannot set a lead time of less than 72 hours (3 days).
The buyer has 24 hours to pay the invoice, if the order is not paid within this period, it will be canceled.
If, after payment, the seller fails to fulfill the order within the agreed period of time or there are any other problems with the order, the buyer should open a dispute.
